About Me
Hey, I’m Colleen
I love therapy.
In fact, I love it so much that I decided to go back to school to become a therapist after seeing one myself.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned along my therapeutic journey is that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we always have a choice in how we respond. Therapy is about empowering ourselves to make intentional choices, even in the face of life’s challenges.
I’m particularly passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families navigating chronic health conditions. Managing these conditions can be incredibly challenging, not just affecting our physical well-being but also impacting our relationships and daily lives in profound ways.
As a food allergy parent and someone who has had firsthand experience of autoimmune challenges and chronic pain, I understand how overwhelming these struggles can be. I truly empathize with the weight they carry and am committed to supporting others through them.
I live in Winnipeg with my husband, two children, and our poodle. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey, and I look forward to the possibility of working together!
